Paris of the East<\/h3>\n

Warsaw<\/strong>, one of the most dynamic metropolitan cities in Europe, rose like a phoenix from the ashes after World War II, destroying 85 percent of its buildings. Today, Poland’s<\/a> capital has an interesting mix of architectural styles, from Soviet-era blocks and modern skyscrapers to restored Gothic churches and neoclassical palaces. Warsaw has a charming old town, complete with cobbled streets with pastel-coloured buildings and open-air cafes.
