Hacienda Bambusa<\/strong> is a small-scale residence in a vast and fertile area including coffee and banana plantations. The fertile region has ensured that many animal and plant species can be found here such as a diversity of bird species, monkeys and foxes.<\/div>\n
The hacienda has seven spacious rooms with private balcony or terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the green surroundings or the swimming pool. The employees will be happy to take you for a trip on the plantations. They proudly show you their ‘way of life’ and show you how they grow each crop. Excursions to surrounding plantations are also organised.<\/div>\n

Tips & tops from Hacienda Bambusa:<\/h4>\n

  • Get to know Colombian cuisine here, because the restaurant has a different Colombian specialty on the menu every day<\/li>\n
  • “Bambusa” means bamboo. As soon as you enter the grounds you will immediately know where the hotel owes its name; the hacienda is not only built from bamboo, but also in the immediate vicinity there are many bamboo trees<\/li>\n
  • From your hammock on your balcony, enjoy the view over the pool or the green surroundings<\/li>\n
  • Join us on an excursion to the traditional Hacienda Bruselas coffee plantation where you’ll hear all about growing and making the coffee. Of course, a ‘coffee tasting’ at the end should not be missed<\/li>\n
  • You can spot more than 100 species of birds here. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
