And that&#8217;s not all, Auberge Saint Antoine is also located a stone&#8217;s throw from <strong>Quebec&#8217;s<\/strong>main attractions, such as the<em>Place Royale<\/em> and the <em>Mus\u00e9e de la Civilization,<\/em>where you get a good idea of the French culture of the city.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel restaurant <em>Panache<\/em> is one of the best restaurants in the city and has already won many awards. Chef Julien Ouellet prepares classic French dishes with a modern twist with local ingredients from the on-own vegetable garden and surroundings. The view over the St. Lawrence River completes the special (taste) experience. Dining in a totally different setting?
