It is located between large banana, pineapple and cocoa plantations.The hotel gives you the feeling of authentic island life and tells you the history of Principe.<\/strong> You are not alone, the land around the property is shared with the locals. The restaurant works with fresh ingredients and the vast majority of the vegetables and herbs used come from the plantations.
