It is known for its huge biodiversity. Both the <strong>Yacarekaaiman and<\/strong> the <strong>broad-snout caiman<\/strong> are here as well as the beautiful orange coloured swamp deer. There are about 350 different bird species. This nature reserve is compared to the famous Pantanal in Brazil but is much less crowded.
