Thanks for arranging a wonderful holiday!!<\/p>\n<p>We really enjoyed a lot. What a beautiful country, nice people, nice hotels and good food.<\/p>\n<p>Linda enjoyed <strong>Bogota<\/strong> , <strong>Villa de Leyva<\/strong> and <strong>Barichara<\/strong> , I really liked <strong>La Guajira<\/strong> (I don&#8217;t know if you&#8217;ve ever been there, but if not, definitely do it next time!). It was very funny for us as a family with four teenagers to see that we as parents were the oldest and our children the youngest among all the backpackers in the hammocks). <strong>Cartagena<\/strong> is a bit touristy but very worthwhile and the diving was really enjoyable to be underwater with four children.<\/p>\n<p>If you have 3.5 minutes to spare, you will find here a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-vkaodLlXIc&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link<\/a> to a video that our eldest son made about our holiday.<\/p>\n<p>For next summer we are now thinking of Honduras and El Salvador, but by then I&#8217;ll report back to you (or if you have better ideas for Central America, not being Costa Rica and Nicaragua because we&#8217;ve been there already).<\/p>\n<p>Sincerely,<\/p>\n<p>Nick Hessels<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We really enjoyed a lot.
