We felt very welcome and extremely safe. In addition to Robert&#8217;s blog, we also made a stop in two beautiful colonial villages, <strong>Villa de Levya<\/strong> and <strong>Barichara<\/strong> . Both absolutely recommended; we experienced wonderful days. For the more adventurous, rafting on the nearby <strong>Rio Suarez<\/strong> is an activity not to be missed, a true top sport!<\/p>\n<p>\n We are convinced that the timing to visit Colombia was optimal. The country is in full transition and will become a pearl of South America. There are currently very few tourists, which makes it all that little bit more authentic.
